Tradepartner Qualifications
McDaniels Construction offers a concept to completion project management service that aims to be the easy button for our clients. We take full responsibility for communications, meetings, and documentation between all our parties. In these efforts it is vital for you as the Tradepartner to take full advantage of the systems and policies set in place.
McDaniels Construction uses the project management software Buildertrend for communications including but not limited to: scheduling, contracts, pictures, project updates, and financial insights. This method of communication is our preferred choice as it has proven to keep excellent track of the slightest details and eliminate barriers keeping each project structured.
McDaniels Construction uses the virtual meeting software, Microsoft Teams for meetings. These meetings are standardized to fit each Tradepartners specific needs and agreed upon by both parties.
On site project meetings will occur throughout the project duration.
Each Tradepartner agrees to obtaining their own correct insurance policy as per state regulations when in contract with McDaniels Construction.
Each Tradepartner will have appropriate contact with their Project Supervisor and/or Project Manager by the following methods: Email, Call, Buildertrend Messages.
